     Hannah's Barber Shop is a well-established barbershop located in downtown Bethesda, Maryland.   Owned by Master Barber Hannah Tran, the shop has been serving the community since 2005.   With over 15 years of experience, Hannah and her licensed staff are dedicated to providing professional and personalized grooming services for clients of all ages.  The barbershop offers a range of services, including haircuts, shaves, and styling, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Clients appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the attention to detail provided by the staff.

For Hannah’s Barber Shop, I helped set up online booking and a downloadable booking app through Barberly, making it easy for clients to schedule appointments anytime. I also provided staff training and ongoing support to help the team get comfortable with the new system. This streamlined approach improved customer convenience and enabled the shop to manage appointments more efficiently, enhancing both client satisfaction and day-to-day operations.  Feedback from the barbers was that there were less interruptions for phone calls, better experience for the clients.
